Provide samples in 8-well PCR strip tubes, or 96-well plates.

HOW EASY CAN IT GET?
Please submit colony picks in 10ul of water.
Also provide a separate tube containing your primer of choice for the sequencing reaction - 10uM concentration, 2µL per sample.
High copy number plasmids only. Please contact us if you have low copy number plasmids to sequence.
