We pick up samples from several buildings at 11:30AM.
However, if you miss that pickup, please drop off your Nanopore samples directly to 310 Barker by 2PM to make today's run.

Runs start every Thursday.
You provide a colony pick, plasmid, amplicon, etc...
and we do the rest
Sample pickups Monday-Friday:
11:30am AND 6:30pm:
· 136 Weill Hall (first floor cold room)
· 183 Li Ka Shing (first floor freezer farm)
· 329 IGI (third floor cold room)
· Barker Hall Drop Box (mailbox outside front entrance)
6:30pm ONLY:
· 237 Stanley Hall (second floor cold room)
· 5th Floor, Latimer Hall (next to the freight elevator) - please email us for pickup
· Bakar Bioenginuity Hub Loading Dock - please email us for pickup
Sometimes we collect samples at non-scheduled times, but we ALWAYS PICK UP at the times listed above.
Please bring your COLONY PICKS to us by 6PM the day prior if you wish to have them Nanopore sequenced on the next day's run. Thank You!
Please bring your PCR CLEANUPS by 6pm so that we can get it on that evening's run (data back the following late morning).

You can always drop off samples in our mailbox in front of Barker Hall, but for the fastest service (and an opportunity to say "hi" to the facility staff), please bring your samples upstairs to 310 Barker Hall. See you soon!
